Where do my tracks go?

Is it possible for a profile visitor to listen to tracks that are not a part of the most recent ten? I'd like to upload more tracks, but I'm afraid visitors won't be able to listen to previously uploaded tracks.

If I put previously uploaded tracks in a set before uploading new tracks, would the earlier uploads still be available in the set list?
