Track stuttering in certain browsers.
Some of my tracks I uploaded early on started having stuttering/buffering issues in Firefox on PC and FF/Safari on Mac.
When playing on Windows/IE/Lenovo Thinkpad, it's fine.

Is this a problem with the transcoding of files in the early version of Soundcloud? Is there any way to fix this?

Indeed, this relates to the Flash 10 playback problems we have for some tracks in the period you uploaded GTFR.
I've reprocessed this track and it should be sounding good again.
