timed comments - make user selectable on/off

would be good to have option of switching off the displaying of times comments as the track plays, and also for them to only show up when you acutally click on an icon on the time bar. I find that when skipping through tracks the comment boxes often pop up just as i am trying to skip forward/back and it's annoying having to close them manually before being able to change track position
