private sets appearing with public tracks

Sets and tracks have separate handling for whom is allowed to access them.

Public tracks can be seen by anyone.

Private tracks can only be seen by the users you've given access.

Public sets can be seen by anyone, but the contained tracks are shown on a individual basis. A private track in a public set is not visible to a user without access to the track. So if you have private tracks in a public set some users might not see all the tracks you've put in the set.

Private sets can only be seen by the users you've given access and those users can see all the tracks, but you can also have public tracks in a private set. The public tracks can be seen by anyone, but the set can only be seen by the users you've given access.
