Not getting all my uploads for this month!!!!

I last uploaded a track on the 16th march, I have a pro standard account, which is 50 uploads per month! I've only uploaded 36 tracks this month, yet its saying I've ran out of uploads for this month!!! Do your uploads start on the first of every month? or the date of payment??
