Managing multiple profiles through one "Master" account
Hi Soundcloud, you (almost) have what I've been looking for! :-)
Wanted to reiterate superbleep's request for being able to manage multiple profiles from one main account. Furthermore, being able to publicly list separate/different email contacts on each profile would be mental (e.g "contact me: retardwashboard@hotmail.com" for your gabba profile and "contact me: warriorbasket@hotmail.co.uk" for your industrial screamo sludgecore band's profile etc... etc...). I am not even going to into the headaches of managing my different musical outputs on a certain social networking site... I appreciate that not everyone would use this feature but for those of us that would, the amount of energy and happiness it would save is immeasurable. Please put this to the top of your to-do list!

Inappropriate?Hey man, thanks for the suggestion. We will be checking on possibilities of more advanced multi-account control later this year but until then I'd recommend the old "one account per browser" hack ;). Not sure how many accounts you have but for me I have one account in Firefox and another one in Safari so i don't have to log-in/out all the time. Maybe that helps a little for now!

Inappropriate?I have two accounts and other than i have to chk where i am logged in to, i do not have a problem with anything they are separate accounts and work fine

Inappropriate?I think that this would be a great added bonus for those of us who are independent management/labels and already have enough things to keep us busy. Plus I really can't afford two or more Pro accounts at this time ;)

Inappropriate?This is really a great idea.. I already have 3 accounts .. one is a pro account. It would also be nice to be able to upload tracks and give permissions to another user/account to manage the track..
For example.. if I use my personal account to upload a track I sometimes would like to share it to my label account and give the label permissions to list the track as one of its own uploaded tracks so that way I dont have to reupload the track again in the label account. This could also give the label account permission to share the track to contacts and such...
I really hope something like this is made avallable. soon:)

- One profile (band) can be edited/controlled by multiple user accounts
- One user account can edit/control multiple profiles (bands).

Inappropriate?I want to echo a desire for this implementation as soon as possible. I'm not a label, but an independent artist who produces under three aliases in addition to my real name. I can only afford one pro account, and I'd love to be able to control my alias accounts under that account.

Inappropriate?Hi! I wast just going to post an idea like this myself, but as usual, someone hade been smart before me. Anyway, I'll post my way of putting it as it took me a good three minuites of writing and don't like the look of them wasted. Here it goes:

I think that you should be able to have a producer/manager page on soundcloud where you can, just as usual, upload tracks you've been involved with, but where you could be sort of an administrator of band accounts. This would mean that instead of the account being connected to one private person, the account would be owned by a band, but - as it is more logical and more probable - it would be administrated by an engineer, producer or manager. This could also be a great gathering point for the band to discuss a demo being recorded - since everyone needs personal accounts aswell.

Maybe in the future it could be possible to grab a special kind of an account.
I mean an Producer and a DJ Account for example.
Maybe DJ's could upload sets with complete tracklists and link the tracks to shops.
something like that... maybe it's not necessary. only an other idea... ;)
