is this the new form of spamming?;-)
normally i ́m not one of the guys who dissing about the overwhelming dashboard or the dropbox, but what i really not like is that when i log in to my account, i start on the profile page of DJ Andreino from Italy and this happens everytime since yesterday;-( don ́t get me wrong mr. DJ Andreino (and i believe you have nothing to do with this problem) but when i log in on soundcloud i don ́t want to see your profile! i just want to check out my dashboard and if somebody has send me some new and interesting new music! so please soundcloud-warriors, check this problem!

Inappropriate?not really;-( now i start on the profile from "the subliminal kid"! and thanks for the fast reply! have you thinked of to make this problem into an feature;-) that everybody that log in to soundcloud gets an random profile from other artists to check out their music?;-) and when you don ́t like this feature just turn it off in the preferences! maybe an "artist of the week" or day or whatever? just an idea!2 Comments

This is a good idea. I think there could be some version of this that could work. Alternatively, if you use Stumbleupon, you could just stumble through SC. :) -
Or you could also use http://citysounds.fm to discover SoundCloud artists by cities around the world ;) Not quite the same but a fantastic hack from the first London Music Hack Day in July.

Inappropriate?Ah, sorry about that one. Hannes just put a fix in now that should (!) get you directly to your dashboard when you log-in ;) Seems to be working here. Let us now if you're still having issues with it!
(Kind of connected to this: we're having a little trouble with the dashboard pagination at the moment but looking to have that sorted out pretty soon too!) -

Sylvio, we added a fix for this earlier today so it should be back to normal again by now. Could you try logging out and logging back in again to see if you still have the problem? If it's still there maybe you could reset your browser cache?
