ID3 tags - I forgot to add mine before uploading!
Hi,
I found SoundCloud and got carried away and uploaded a track but forgot to add ID3 tags to the MP3. I've noticed that the original file is unchanged by SoundCloud when offered as a download, which is great, but could you add the facility to enter ID3 information for uploaded tracks from within the SoundCloud website? Or the ability to replace a 'faulty' upload without losing an upload credit?
Thanks for a great site.

Inappropriate?Great ideas! We're currently working on the export of ID3 tags feature and it's something we really want to do. We'll also consider the faulty upload credits for a release in the future.

this is one of the best points

Inappropriate?I just noticed this as well, uploaded a sparse (virtually empty ID3) track, but recently made it downloadable since people liked the tune.
Would be great if the version that is downloaded pulls the info from the site, not from the file per se. Maybe optional even, if people wanted.
Now I'm going to have to replace my sparse file with a correctly editted ID3 music file - just that my file doesn't go travelling the interwebs without credits... :)
I’m stupid for not uploading a correct version in the first place

I really like that the original file is left intact, ID3 tags and all, whether missing or otherwise. -
Inappropriate? If there were an option "Use original ID3", that would be great. From now on I'll put a detailed ID3 tag in all my files, just to be on the safe side.
