Inappropriate?Me too, and I don't use any flashblock plugin either?!
Strange, I guess SC has enabled some extra code, that forces this to happen.
@SC people, what should we do, please help? :-)

I’m undecided

Inappropriate? It's also killing my audio complete on my PC. I have to restart windows XP to get audio back. Yesterday same thing happened, And I didn't thought that it was this flash thing that caused it.
My goodness, I hope SC will solve this asap.

I’m sad

Inappropriate?I'm using gnash-0.8.6 and have the 'flashblock' message too.

sorry, but you'll need a standard Flash Player version 9 or 10 to play the tracks on SoundCloud -
Already did that, doesn't help. -
Inappropriate? Thanks for the link, but where do I add / make changes to the "white list", in firefox or my Kaspersky Internet Security 2010?

I’m happy

hi Steen,
the whitelist refers to the FlashBlock/Content filter software. So if you're using any kind of proxy/filter you might need to add soundcloud.com to the allowed hosts lists. Otherwise, some of the site components might not get rendered.
cheers,

Inappropriate?Okay, something must be wrong, since I'm getting the message?! :( I just haven't installed anything new on my computer. Is it something new, that you SC people has enabled, or has et been like this forever?
As SC has build in the funtion into the SC GUI. Can you then say anything about what plugins or other software that could cause. And is it only plugins in Firefox that causes it to happen, or can it also be Internet Security software. I've used Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 for a long time now withotu any problems. But lately KIS 2010 wanted to restart my PC, as I guess it has updated something that needed a restart. Don't know if this could have anything to do with it?

I’m thankful

Inappropriate?I think visitors won't really want to go through all these loops & hoops if they just want to listen to the release they went to. I've had it multiple times now people tell me my track doesn't work because of this flashblock message.
In other words ... our releases are less available than before. Isn't there any way to get the best of both worlds; where a light-weight player will do the job for flashblocked users and a heavier player would work with those who have no problems at all?
Currently a lot of our own releases are not reachable for others, just because of this error only ... I hope also it gets fixed as fast as possible too ...
Thanks in advance,
Freaking Wildchild
