error when clicking link in email after upload

every time i upload my tracks to different label's boxes - e.g. Cr2, Bpitch, i get through to the stage where an email gets sent to me and then i click on the link

"click this link to confirm that this is your email-address"

to verify the address. at this point, i always get the "sorry we messed up your mix" error on your site.

are you having problems with your service or am i doing something wrong? i'd like to know as this is using up a lot of my time!
