E-mail notification settings set to Never, yet I get weather reports sent to my e-mail.

I've set all my e-mail notification settings to "never" but I keep getting these Soundcloud Weather Reports about pending moderations sent to my e-mail account. Are they not affected by the e-mail notification settings? I don't get any e-mails about the messages I get on soundcloud, so I guess they are affected. I would like to stop getting the weather reports sent to my e-mail account.
