These uploaded mixes click and pop all the way through yet the orig files are fine. Is this a VBR problem?

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

The company has a solution in progress.

not really sure about the vbr problem but we'll have a look! for now please have a try with a different format/setting. sorry for the inconvenience!
