Can't update a track, just sticks on Preparing To Upload

Trying to update a track of mine, click on edit and select the file, it says Preparing To Upload like normal but the upload doesn't start. I've tried it like 10 times now, done a reboot, tried thru IE which won't even let me log in! Help would be appreciated, had no probs replacing tracks before. Thanks.
