"Creating Waveform" on and on and on...
I uploaded 5 tracks 4 hours ago, and "creating waveform" is still in process. Is this normal?

No, this is definitely not normal! Very sorry for the inconvenience. Normally waveform processing should be super-fast, under 30 seconds for a 5 minute track. We have now resolved the issue and everything should be back to normal now.

Inappropriate?Hey Eric,
Thanks for the info on this. I have another question - so, after you save the uploaded track, you are taken to a screen that shows "creating waveform". What happens if you navigate away from this page?
I have navigated away from a recent large upload, and now, when I view my tracks (under the music tab) I see that waveform being created. I thought, oh, it's picking up where it left off, but now, it never seems to create the waveform Please tell me I don't have to re-upload the track... pleeeeeeease.... (do I?)
I’m here.

Inappropriate?Hey Eric,
I just read the other post about this and read that you guys are on it. I don't want to add stress to the issue, I just want to say "me too" about this.
Thanks for your help. -
Jason - glad it worked. We've been busy yesterday and the night before. Good to see all worked out. -
Inappropriate?I have the same problem, creating waveform takes forever. I've uploaded a 6 min. MP3 320kbit track, which has been creating waveform for more than 3 hours. At first I thought that problems could appear as I already have the same track uploaded before I uploaded it again. I tried the audio replace procedure, but this didn't work either. And now I have deleted the first version of the track, so there shouldn't be any problems. But I guess the different tracks is identified with some kind of ID, and the track names. So it should be possible to upload multible instances of the same tune, right?
Anyway, I think its strange that it takes so long to encode/create waveform :-)
