Hello? I emailed help directly 24 hours ago....you guys! I WANT to give you my money...but even that process seems beta-ish...sheesh! I got a beta Pro Light account on Oct 8th..I want to know when the allotment refereshes, and how i can get a paid yearly Pro Light account. I tried the sign-up page and it says I already have a Pro Light, and my allotment is empty..what now? I love the concept of soundcloud, but honestly the user experience for account management and customer service is beyond weak...PLUS any boogered up uploads get docked from my allotment...which i thought was 15 tracks a month..but WHEN DOES IT REFRESH? Plz help....I have clients that want to hear there stuff... -

thats my issue...I have reuploaded a few times for this waveform error...given the beta aroma still exisiting, can you please credit us back for some boogered uploads? -
