This is just getting out of control and now to the point where I must consider if the site is worth paying for to use.
Here is a list just over the last couple of weeks that I still had in my outbox. If I were to list the users that I made comments to in their tracks it would be at least 3 times the amount:
Dj Insinio
Celt Islam
sattva
djsec
Mr-bill
NucLeARchiLD
juls
jesstermix77
DJ RIXX
jmcastel

By any chance do you have Spybot - Search & Destroy installed on your PC? I had the same problems for the last week and realized there was a URL listed in the HOSTS file that was blocking the site and causing the same error. Once I cleared out the HOSTS file the site is running as it should. Let me know if you need more info. No more Flashblock errors.

1. If I go to the link mentioned: http://soundcloud.com/swf/soundmanage... I do not have "right/option"
2. Re-load gives sames results...this is over a period of weeks now.
3. Following the instructions and restarted after installing just to be sure. Soundcloud prompted to upgrade to the latest flash player even after I installed from the link above. Everything installed fine.
But I am still getting the same Flashblock message.

I agree with Alex. It is a huge problem. I have 6 groups for the 6 labels I run and I am spending more and more time each day getting rid of all the junk and spam. If the user was to take the time and read to group descriptions I would be fine. But they don't. I have the stuff like "NO DUBSTEP ALLOWED" in the description and what do I get? Dubstep. Many times from the same users. So I started leaving horrible feed on their tracks...guess what..they stop sending me tracks. I feel like I am adding to the problem but it's the only way to make it stop.
A comment on the idea "ban from group" in SoundCloud:
Excellent idea. The only complaints I have with SoundCloud is the high level of spam I receive every day. We need to be be able to block users period. I am spending more and more time each day getting tracks that do no apply to my groups....many are from the same users. – Derrick Daisey, on October 12, 2009 16:03

Export comments to text or xls fileHave the ability to export the comments left by others to a text or xls file. Include both the comment and user name. This would help a ton with labels using feedback for promotional purposes!
Derrick Daisey reported a problem in SoundCloud on July 30, 2009 02:38:
Inappropriate EmailsCan't block users! We need this feature and here is a reason. I found tracks that user "Laurin" posted without the labels permission..a label I own and operate. I sent him a message along with a message to SoundCloud directly. He took down the tracks and replied with "you motherf*****" Nobody needs to read emails like this...especially when we are paying for the "Pro" service.
