Doing this means I am unable to benefit from what becomes an out-of-date promotional code. Not a great solution. Lots of 'bugs' like this on this site, which is charging professional prices for a service that isn't that is still very much in development.

I am registered for VAT in UK, so should benefit by not being charged VAT from Germany. I have asked this question before.
